Question by rayto01: Would hgh from the pituary gland still contribute to height increase after just turning 19?
Hey guys,
I just turned 19 and was wondering if my pituitary gland started hgh would it go towards bone growth or muscle growth. I need to find some way to grow taller in the legs.
Thanks

Anymore growth would have to do with weather your growth plates have closed or not. Usually by 19 most boys and girls have closed. Girls tend to close more around 15 where boys can continue to stay open until 19.

Once your growth plates in your bones close, you will not get taller. At 19, they are very likely closed and the height you are at is your permanent height.
I turned 19 last December, and I’ve been taking L-Argine, which produces HGH, supplements throughout the day. Not because I want to grow taller, but because I’m using it to aid my penis in its growth with the extender.
I haven’t grown taller, but I’ve gotten more hairy.
