fast walking on a treadmill for 30 mins to an hour everyday along with being on a diet?? Some people say walking on a treadmill wont help with weightloss so is it pointless?

any exercise with a proper diet helps. Try walking at an incline- strengthens muscles and helps burn more calories.

Every exercise which is driving out your sweat, that will fruitful for your weight. It may takes time according to your body construction but it will definitely work. If you are also on diet then it is good for you.
Any activity that gets your heart pumping will help with weight loss. You do need to eat right as well, but activity certainly does help.
when you say “fast” weight loss what do you mean?….and anytime you wish to lose weight from simply being more active you need to do more than 1 exercise….weight loss is about losin more calories than you consume so if your on a diet and walking around for 30 mins everyday it may or may not be helpful based on how many calories you consume per day and how many calories u lose while walking 30 mins…..im not trying to sell you anything but fruta planta is all natural and will make you lose a pound a day…i personally take this and can tell you first hand it works and it cost about 10 bucks…and only has like 5 ingredients in it all fruit and spirillina if your interested in it email me prettyjessica223@aol.com i can give you the info to the seller i get mine from because they are hard to find and some sites sell fake ones….also i encourage you to youtube it to see testimonials and results and research it before you consider it
