Question by James C: Will HGH releasers increase the size of my hands?
I am 22, male and thinking about taking HGH supplements. Injections are too expensive so I am deciding between oral sprays and natural human growth hormone releasers. I read that after age 18, actual “growth” using HGH usually only occurs in the hands and feet. Will the releasers or the sprays also increase hand and feet size?

HGH the injection will make every cell in your body bigger.
That is the mode of action. It doubles the cells – that is why body builders use them., doubles the muscle cells. bigger, stronger ….. It will make your hands, feet, chin the first thing you notice. The sprays and supplements are indeded to make your body to produce more HGH, so the effects are less dramatic.

From what I have read, the HGH supplements are mostly fakes. They really don’t do a lot of good even if they are on the up&up. The only real way to get more HGH is injections.
