I am joining the military and am in the delayed entry program. will ephedra based fat burners show in piss tests that can negatively impact me?

Yes they will show up, and yes you will get into trouble for having them in your system. Ephedrine is not a legal substance so it will effect what job you can pick if you get popped for it.

As for ephedra, I am not sure, to be on the safe side, kick that stuff and double your workout, also consult a nutritionist or go on something like Jenny Craig (available for men also). Good luck.

and as far as whiz-quiz observations… AF policy states that they need to see the FULL stream. that doesn’t help those with “stage fright.”
NO NO NO WRONG. you will pass the test. Ephedra will not show up in an army drug test. They actually brief you before you piss what youre getting tested for and that is definately not in there. Ephedra is not even illegal to have/use but the FDA banned its selling so youre fine. Ive seen soliders take it. Dont take it when you go to basic though because youre gonna get smoked and your heart cant take it.
