Question by Karina Gutierrez: Why Cant my sister sleep at night? Sleeping pills yes or no?
shes 12 and she cant fall asleep til 2 or 3 and wakes up about 2 or 3. she says she tries,but cant and she wants to take sleeping pills is that a good idea? Why and why not?
