Place some lavendar inside your pillowcase. This will calm you and enhance natural sleep. If you don’t have lavendar growing near you then lavendar essential oil on a tissue will achieve the same outcome. Do not use fragrant oil for this. Valerian tea at bedtime is also helpful. Good Luck

To get sleep our body needs Tryptophan which is converted into melatonin in the brain.
Unfortunately our body does not produce it. So our source is food. They say turkey is rich in
tryptophan, but then why kill a bird for your sleep. Therefore try the following. In the evening
apply peanut butter to whole wheat bread. Fill these slices with properly washed tomatoes and
cucumber preferably organic. Consume this sandwitch and if you are not allergic to milk and if
you can get grass fed cows milk, sweeten it with honey and drink it & by the time it is 10p.m. you should be in snooze land. Good luck and God bless. Cheers! :o )

Relaxation techniques are one of the most effective ways to increase sleep time, fall asleep faster, and feel more rested in the morning. They require a minimum of 20 minutes before going to bed. There are many different techniques:

Visualization – It involves imagining a relaxing scene. You can try it in bed before falling asleep. Involve all your senses. If you’re imagining yourself on a tropical island, think of the way the warm breeze feels against your skin. Imagine the sweet scent of the flowers, look at the water and listen the waves–you get the picture. The more vivid the visualization and the more senses you involve, the more effective it will be.

Mindfulness – A type of meditation that essentially involves focusing on your mind on the present. Learn mindfulness.

Yoga – It combines deep breathing, meditation, and stretching. A Harvard study found that daily yoga for eight weeks improved total sleep time, the time to fall asleep. If you’ve never tried yoga before, not to worry. There are many gentle yoga styles to choose from.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation – It is a promising natural remedy for sleep. If you’ve never tried a relaxation technique before, this technique is easy to learn and simple to master.

Lastly, buy Melatrol. Melatrol Sleep Aid is all-natural; it is completely free from drugs. It will keep you fresh and will provide you with renewed energy. You won’t experience the dull feeling like that of a hung-over from drinking alcohol. Instead, you will wake up feeling rested, revitalized and fresh. It will make your body re-establish its natural sleeping pattern to make you fall asleep faster while it won’t make it habitual taking Melatrol Sleep Aid just to get to sleep. I’m using it too that’s why I’m sharing it to you. ;)
