Why would you ever want something from someone that thinks something worked for them and their friend?
Any way… You can’t get stressed about your friend because everyone has a different body that requires different things for weight loss, and some people will just simply lose faster.
You need to correct your diet if you really want to lose fast. Knowing which foods to eat and which to avoid is key.
