Question by toya0324: What is the best replacement for Ephedrine?
I lost 20lbs in 2 months on Ephedrine about 4 years ago. I have since had a baby, since it was taken off the market, I cant find anything to get those results, please help
By the way, that rapid weight loss did come with a lot of exercise. I have been working out an hour a day since August of last year and not seen any results. I am frustrated and thinking about giving up.

Ephedrine is not available as a weight-loss supplement, anymore.

However, you can still buy it for relief of bronchial asthma. (One common brand is called “Bronk-aid”.)

Although the ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin) is not available as a weight loss supplement, each of the individual components is legal and available without a prescription.

Look into Isagenix, my sister is on the 9 day program she’s already seeing results. Judge for yourself

getting daily exercise and making smart food choices (reducing your calories to below the amount that you burn each day) is the only way to achieve healthy weight loss.

and, any weight you lose by taking drugs will come right back, sometimes double, after you stop taking the pills.

Diet pills are shite.
Don’t buy in.
Drink tonnes of water and eat vegan whole foods only.
The weight just falls off, and it’s the healthiest thing you could do for your body.

I dont know about diet pills but my baby is 4 months I have been able to reduce 35 pounds in three months post C- section only by
*exercising (focus on burning 300 cal everyday) also start slowly and increase gradually, blend of Pilates, yoga and cardio is good
*controlling carbs in food
*drinking plenty of water, also a good of way eating less is by drinking two glasses of water before every meal, its recommended to drink 1 litre of water for every ten pounds of body weight (luke warm recommended).

try these and follow strictly m sure u’ll see results.
good luck

Wow that is amazing how rapidly you lost that wait with Ephedrine! I will say that sounds a bit like an unhealthy rate of weight loss. Most docs and experts recommend a healthy weight loss weight of 1 – 2 lbs per week.

As an answer to your question, in addition to proper diet and exercise, I have used Lipo-6 Gel caps by Nutrex Laboratories to help slim down. It gave me an even, sustainable energy level (not a quick boost or shakiness like ephedrine). Since I used it in accordance with the labeling, and combined with diet and exercise, it’s tough to know whether it TRULY helped, or if it just gave me more energy. I’ve taken it solely for energy when I wasn’t dieting or exercising and I didn’t lose any weight.

On another note, it has been voted “Fat loss product of the year” for 2 years in a row at bodybuilding.com
