Most OTC is diphenhydramine. Better known as Benadryl.

Could you clarify your question, please?

I think you are asking for this:

OTC- Diphenhydramine

Rx- Zolpidem

OTC sleep aids (where I come from) usually contain a sedating antihistamine (eg diphenhydramine or doxylamine). These are quite effective but (as with any sleep aid) your body can come to rely on it, so it is best not to use it for more than 2 nights in a row (unless your doctor says its ok to do so).

Try OTC meds first and see if that fixes your problem- if not see a doctor. I can’t tell which Rx med would be best for you, but your doctor would have some ideas.
