None. You are not going to lose 6 pounds in one week. And if you do, it’s extremely unhealthy and I would advise against it.
Instead of trying to eat a “miracle fruit” that will just zap your fat away, try cutting back about 500 calories a day, in addition to working out. Even an hour walk (brisk!) 3 days a week should do it. In two weeks you can lose about 3-4 pounds this way, healthily.
If you try to lose too much weight too fast you will just end up gaining it all back.

Most fruits are not fat burners. For Low GI and high fibre fruits, here are some : lemon, lime, green apples, pineapple and guava.
Vegetables are a better alternative as they are almost calorie free. Choose those that are not starchy.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
