not nearly as fast as when you also diet and excesise. all they do is help speed it along. they work, but it will take a while.

well most of those fat burners don’t work to begin with. even if they do work, if you’re not exercising, all of the weight you lose will come back plus more. the best way to lose weight for good is eating healthy and exercising. good luck.
