Question by mattman12893: What dietary supplements out there (hydroxycut…) actually work without ephedrine?
I need to lose a little weight and working out and eating right is not working that well. I feel that the pill could give me some momentum to keep working towards my weight loss goal. I also don’t want any supplement that is potentially harmful, such as a pill with the ingredient ephedrine. Thanks

hey man, only thing about supplements are that you may want to ask a doctor before taking them. They work differently with different people like hydroxycut i know made my brothers fiance go to the hospital because it made her sick. but that might have just been something with her body. I use purity12 which works good with my body and has helped me out. If you do decide to try one try to stick with a supplement thats well known with good reviews. i hope this helps you out and if you want to read up some more on it you can go here
