whatever you do make sure you never drink alcohol while taking any sleeping pills
cause the alcohol can react with elements in sleeping pill and can be fatal

exercise regularly! it will make you sleep better and deeper.
avoid sleeping pills if you can because you can get addicted pretty easily to the point where you can’t sleep without them and need more and more. so be careful!
