Question by Audrey: What are the effects going to be on a woman’s child if she took sleep-aids before discovering she was pregnant?
I may or may not be pregnant (if so, probably around 6 weeks), and I am worried because I’ve used a sleep-aid (melatonin) at least once or twice a week during these last 6 weeks. If I am pregnant, have I caused my child a lot of harm?

Melatonin is something your body produces naturally but decreases with age. The baby will be fine.
