Question by steveheremd: What are the differences between HGH and steroids?
I have heard that HGH has very little negative consequences if done in a controlled fashion. Does it have the same effects as steroids as far as building muscle mass and reducing body fat with a decent workout regimen? Also, what are the costs? I heard one person on a radio show promoting HGH as a wonder drug and the new fountain of youth. Any thoughts?

If you mean by “controlled” keeping your HGH levels (naturally produced hormone by the pituitary) at normal levels, then your body already does this. Putting levels above normal is dangerous and can impact your health negatively longterm. I take GH for deficiency, the only legal way to get it prescribed and who other than a Dr. would “control” levels by getting your blood tested regularly? When my levels get above range, I feel terrible, am achy, can’t sleep. My Drs quickly lower the dose because of longterm problems it can cause. Its just not safe to take. And, the difference between steroids and HGH is that HGH is a natural hormone (not a “wonder drug”) everyone needs to survive and steroids is not.

On Amazon I saw a book called “Grow Young with HGH: The Amazing Medically Proven Plan to Reverse Aging (Paperback)”

I have not read it, but if you want more information on HGH, this may be a start for you. I have also heard about HGH being used to slow aging and make people healthier, not just help people grow taller or replace the hormone. Good luck!

Why don’t you use the internet for something useful? For example, you could RESEARCH the difference of HGH and steroids instead of asking people on yahoo who are just as clueless as you.
