Question by Steve: What are some good kinds of sleeping pills?
I suffer from crippling depression and insomnia and it seems the only way I can fall asleep is if I shut my mind off either will alcohol or those over the counter sleeping pills (benadryl).
I’m thinking about visiting the doctor to see if he can prescribe me something. What are some good pills that people know about that I could maybe suggest to him.

Having suffered the same thing for years, the only thing that helps me sleep is an anti-depressant that is used at times for insomnia called Seroquel.
This drug is the only drug that has helped me. I have tried all of the others, Ambien, Lunest, etc., etc. They did not work for me.
