I am a 17 year old male, I’ve lucked out most of my teen years never really had acne but now I’m really starting to break out, are there any fast acting treatments? My skin is never dry and 5 or 10 minutes after I get out of the shower my face gets really oily again.

any face wash with salicylic acid or peroxide. just don’t use them together. it can cause bad skin irritation.
