no… lose weight by eating less. forget that “eat six meals a day” BS wut u need to do is consume less calories. obviously eating more frequently makes ur metabolism faster but this really should be used by people who are already in shape and are looking to become shredded with muscles. for the average person they look at this and dont understand the concept and over eat durring the day. so just eat healthy and when ur hungry. 3 meals a day and maybe a snack. the best strategy i would suggest for anyone is MAKE SURE U HAVE BREAKFAST and make that ur largest meal because u will burn the calories thru the day and lunch would be a moderately sized meal and dinner should be ur smallest because u dont burn enough calories while sleeping and the last thing u eat should be before 7. and if ur one of those people who arent hungry in the morning then do this for a couple of days because once u start havin smaller dinners u will be hungry in the morning guaranteed

I think the key in being successful in weightloss ultimately is changing the way you think about yourself, about how think about food and also taste the food that you eat. It’s a lack of good psychology that makes people relapse from an initially successful diet. Otherwise I would also agree early morning calories are important, and cardio after waking on an empty stomach also burns fat faster than after a meal as glycogen stores are depleted. If you can’t train first thing then do your cardio after any resistance training, which again depletes glycogen, (so you dip into the fat stores faster). And don’t eat carbs late in the evening.

In terms of eating, I think supplements are not necessary, I picked up some good info from the website below on changing my eating habits and fooling the body’s metabolism with insider knowledge, I’m able to maintain my condition now and follow enjoyable eating habits that aren’t punishing thanks to that.
