Question by babe: What are good acne treatments for mild acne?
I have combination skin (oily nose, dry cheeks in the winter) and I have mild acne on my face, chest, upper back, and on my butt cheeks. Gross, I know!
I have been using Phisoderm face/body washes and they work okay, but my acne is still there. What are some good products to clear up mild acne? Thanks!

I use baking soad and a little bit of water mixed in. it will turn into a past and you just run it on and when it starts to flack off, go wash your face. That works for black heads as well.
Toothpaste also works. Out it on the places you have acne at night when you go to bed and wash your face in the morning.
People with really oily skin often get blackheads. Oatmeal is one way to treat oily skin. It is very dry, so it absorbs oil from the skin. Plus, it’s inexpensive and natural.
1.)To use oatmeal to help clear your skin, make a thick paste of oatmeal and water. Apply this mix to your face in the morning and evening. Allow the paste to stay on your face for ten to twenty minutes before rinsing with cool water.
2.)Honey and Apple: Another effective all-natural facial mask for those with oily skin is made from honey and apples. After grating the apple into a fine pulp, mix in four tablespoons of honey and apply to your face for ten minutes. Rinse off the mask after ten minutes is up.
3.)Egg Whites, Witch Hazel and Lemon Juice: Another acne home remedy is a mask made of egg whites, witch hazel and lemon juice. To make this mask, beat an egg white until stiff and add a few drops of witch hazel and a few drops of lemon juice. Spread the mixture over the face and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
4.)Tomatoes: Tomatoes work wonders for oily skin. After mashing a ripe tomato, drain the juice on paper towels for a few minutes. Next, take the tomato pieces and pat them onto your face as you are lying back. Leave the pieces on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Do this treatment once daily, preferably in the morning.
Good Luck

Mild acne can be treated with over-the-counter products
# Wash twice daily (in the morning and before bed) with a facial cleanser containing salicylic acid, which helps clear the pores. Or, use a cleanser with triclosan, which combats acne bacteria.
# After washing your face, apply a gel containing salicylic acid to your entire face. Let dry.
# Dot on benzoyl peroxide cream only on any current blemishes. Use the 2.5 percent cream. It works just as well as the 5 and 10 percent creams but will not be as drying.
# Apply a light, oil-free moisturizer, possibly one containing sunscreen. Or, apply sunscreen following the moisturizer. Look for a sensitive-skin formula or one with zinc oxide to avoid irritating the acne.
# Once a week, use a clay mask, which helps draw out impurities and dry up acne blemishes.
I also have mild acne on my face, chest, and back. I really think using little medication and more of natural stuff to get rid of acne is the best.
1. Try using Apple Cider Vinegar. You put it on your face overnight with a cotton ball and wash it off in the morning. Make sure your skin is clean before you put it on. Also, if it burns your skin, try adding a little water to the vinegar. This works really good for me.
2.Drink lots of water! I drank more water and my acne got slightly better. Also, drinking Propel is really good too if you don’t like water. it has pantothenic acid in it, which helps clear acne.
3. Also, if you can buy some pantothenic acid tablets, it good for acne too. You can buy them at healt and nutrition stores like GNC.
4.I use 2% salicylic acid Neutrogena Foam Wash at night. It might not work for you depending on your skin type.
Hope this helps!
