Where can i buy diet pills? Will the store let me? (My mom & dad would get mad if they saw i had diet pills. But i dont care) How much are diet pills?

You shouldnt be buying diet pills at your age. Most of them dont work anyways. All you need is willpower, healthy eating and some exercise.

To my knowledge, diet pills are expensive. More than you need to be investing in them, especially as a 13 year old. Your body is going to change a lot during puberty and it is not safe for you to be using diet pills. If you want to diet then eat right and excersize. Most diet fads don’t work anyways. If you’re obese then see your doctor.
I would get mad to. Sweetie, no pill works to lose weight. None, it isn’t possible to pop a pill in the mouth and expect it to do wonders. If you are looking to lose weight… do it to get healthy. Like eating better and less. Eat Right and Eat Lite! So small little changes that make you walk a bit father, a bit faster. Hold and slowly release your stomach muscles, in time you will lose weight.
none. they are dangerous. exercise and eat properly. learn about the digestive system and what your body and brain need food for.
The best diet pills you can get by going outside and doing something. Seriously any age. There is no replacement for watching what you eat and exercise. Best thing is taking a walk is free.
takin diet pills is lazy and shows lack of willpower. i agree tht u just need excersise and healthy eating. diet pills is just lyk takin drugs they promote the wronge attitude towards fitness. good luck you dont need them! c, x

i was working out pritty hard at your age and decided to try some and they gave me really bad anxiety.. i could feel my heart pounding inside of my chest.. i would get random crying fits… i wouldnt reccomend it to anyone
you shouldnt be taking diet pills at 13. however you can call a doctor and he may reccomend a type of vitamin that will help your body by increasing vitamins and minerals which will help you out when exercising and eating healthier.
try going vegeterian. Its really healthy and yummy and you will lose weight.
i agree with what everyone else has said. you don’t need diet pills to lose weight! all you need is a regular excersise regime teamed with healthy eating…..and the will power to stick to it!
If it was that easy.. believe me diet pills don’t work.. some people expect miracles… but if you want to really lose weight.. it’s true you got to do some exercise.. pick your favourite or least horrid sport.. maybe swimming or dancing to music? and just don’t have plate filled to the brim.. eat smaller meals and no junk food.. more fruit and salad and a treat once in a while but not every day.. and either diet coke or water because fizzy lemonade and fruit juices have about 18 spoonfuls of sugar in one bottle…that is a lot of calories if you love lemonade or stuff like that a lot!!!
You need only a bit of willpower and don’t lose weight if you are not overweight..you don’t want to be skinny you only want to be slim…and not eating that’s bad too… so just eat healthier and do some exercise and you lose weight!!!

Listen at 13.. you should be out running around, exercising with your friends not popping pills in a vain hope that it will do all the work for you. Do you also realize that diet pills have pretty nasty side effects?
You will be over weight for a reason, more than likely because you eat fatty foods and don’t exercise, take control of your life and accountability and do something about it!

try to reduce it naturally. i can suggest u some tips
1) Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing.
use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
2) Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.
3) Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.
4) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
5) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
6) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can. Rather take a bottle of water with you all the time, when you feel starving, drink it as much as u can.

10) First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink any soft drink (but not cola), but just one glass once in a week.

18) Remember after every 15 days you can take once in a while with a little treat any thing u like. But remember just a small portion. For example one small personal pizza or one small burger or small pastry.
19) Try to adopt some healthy timing. Early to rise and early to bed. No late sittings.
20) People usually want Quick and Easy result, we all are impatient. You have to be patient in terms of your weight loss and never give up. Always keep in mind that slow and steady win the race.
21) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make this is as a Life Style change for you entire life. Remember do not focus on just losing weight, try to concentrate on diet plan forever so that you will never have to loose weight again. But occasionally u can take other junk food too.
22) You have to keep in mind that above plan is a not a quick thin program. Don’t try to deceive ur body. It will destroy your metabolism and in the future the proportion of gaining weight is much higher and easier than today.
23) Never ever go for any type of Diet pills or any drug which claim that it will reduce the weight quickly. Taking Diet pills will kill.
24) Exercise: Rule-of -Thumb: remember the formula for weight loss and that is Diet= 70% Exercise= 30%. So remember exercise is must with every diet plan. The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mnts daily. Try to extend ur period for one hour. And if you don’t have this facility then best indoor Exercise is skipping.
at 13 you should just put a lock on the fridge. your metabolism is prob the highest it will ever be so making sure you have a proper diet meaning not potato chips all day is a must.
