is there some kind of strange way of losing weight? like spells, meditation, something like that?

well, i kept a picture of heidi klum on my refrigerator so i wouldnt eat bad stuff when i wasnt hungry….that kept me motivated

After a good workout have a nice treat… after working out your metabolism is a lot higher so it’s the best time to consume higher calories. That’s what I do, and it works.

The only thing that will make you lose weight is to exercise and eat a healthy diet. There are no shortcuts. If you need support a group like Weight Watchers might work for you.
