Does the perfect push up work and where can I buy it from? I heard there was a perfect push up knock off that works just as well.
Secondly is it safe for teenagers to use fat burners.

The perfect push ups do work, however I get a better workout from regular push ups.
Diet pills like fat burners help curb your appetite. You should seek the advice from a DR before taking those pills.
