Question by godsquad021: Safe and healthy fat burners, or metabolism boosters, with no side effects! Do they exist?
Looking to lose weight I’ve been dieting and doing what I can to exercise. It will be easier once we get warmer weather here to get out more. Just looking for vitamins or fat burners to assist, but there are so many scams out there. Not sure who to trust.

There are foods such as curry which have been found to increase metabolism. Red peppers also have the same effect.

dexatrim max2o is very affective, and there are very little to no side affects, i use it, and i have lost 20 pounds in just over 3 months. the only side affect i had is that that i lost my appetite for a day, which wasn’t really bad!
