Question by dopamine indigestion: Whats the danger of using sleep aids for reasons other than sleeping?
I took a sleep aid called Alteril, to try to relax for the day. i ended up taking some xanax along with it.. and when it came to bedtime at around 1 in the morning, i wasnt tired at all. so i took 2 benedryl and still was not tired.
Im feeling very insecure right now. i feel like ive harmed my body. please help me out

you can sometimes do stuff you don’t mean to and have amnesia. But sounds like alteril is a crappy sleeping drug
