Question by MattyD: What’s the best non – prescription sleeping aids?
When I was traveling In Asia you could buy valium over the counter. They were brilliant for the long bus journeys. I’ve tried the ones from the chemist over here and found them to be a bit poo.
Not that I’m an insomniac, I work nights and will be changing shifts soon so need something to get my sleeping pattern back.
Anybody know of any good ways? Preferably natural

My doctor recently recommended melatonin. He suggested it because benadryl should only be taken once in a while, whereas with melatonin, you can take it more often. You may want to look it up or talk to a pharmicist.

I Take 2mg a little bit before I go to bed And I’m out. But I never miss my alarm clock or get drowsy in the morning. It’s wonderful
