Question by 4ever21: What will happen if I continue to use ephedrine/caffeine pills while being on a clear liquid diet?
My doc has suggested that I go on an all clear liquid diet right now and I was wondering if I would be able to use ephedrine/caffine to loose weight even quicker through this process…..

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably.
