Basically ephedrine is something you find in weight-loss or energy formulations, pseudoepherdine is something you find in cold/allergy medications. Seeing that your question is in diet&fitness I assume you want to use it for building muscle/loosing weight, I would suggest ephedrine because it is a stronger stimulant than pseudo. Ephedrine does not help to build muscle; it gives you more energy and reduces your appetite.
