How can sleep naturally without taking any sleeping pills or herbs?

Personally, I love chamomile tea. It puts me right to sleep.

This is going to sound crazy but let’s just go with it. So when you normally get ready for bed and take your herbs and pills to get to sleep . . . wait for it . . . .don’t take them. Then immediately after not taking them don’t take them and keep doing that till you no longer take them. Then you will have stopped. I know it sound crazy but it works.
Rather than drug up, try excercise, or reading or a warm drink, a bath or a shower. Anything but drugs.
I am sorry to tell you that but it won’t happen overnight. That been said for me it took me about 1 month. Basically a combo of meditation and emWave Personal Stress Reliever. Don’t forget to exercise every day at least 30 minutes or more. Try to eat healthy as well.

I would say go jogging, play a sport do something that can get you a little tired and when its time for bed you’ll sleep like a baby. I know this because i was addicted to sleeping pills because without them i could not sleep all the way through the night. So i started jogging and a few times my friends and i will play softball and it worked for me. Hope this works for you.
