Question by sunni: What diet pills actually work best?
What diet pills actually work? And how fast do you actually notice the difference in weight. I gained 50 lbs from my last pregnancy, my son is 6 months now and I have been trying to take the weight of for 4 months now. I have been running and trying my best to eat healthy but I have only lost 10 lbs. Please let me know on your personal experience.

None of them do.

I’m sorry to say it, but there is no magic pill that automatically drops 10 pounds. It just isn’t done. Weight-loss can only be achieved by eating healthy and dropping fast foods and chips and pop, or strenuous activities.

The best strenuous activity to loose weight is running. I was fat and flabby, and once I started running, I tightened up. I lost 15 pounds within a week, and my stomach flattened so much. My arms tightened, my legs tightened, and my fat melted away. It was awesome. It’s kind of boring at first, but if you bring your iPod or MP3, time flies. Give it a try.

I’ve tried almost every diet pill you can think of and a lot of them made me feel jittery, and yeah, I lost weight, but I always felt like I was going to barf and when I stopped taking them and started eating normally again, I gained it all back and then some.

The only surefire way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. If you lose 350 cal. per day, through a combo of diet and exercise, you will lose a lb. every ten days.
