Question by ~Tristan’s Mommy~: What are some sleeping aids I can take while pregnant?
I’ve tried Tylenol Pm and it hasn’t helped at all but I just can’t sleep at night anymore. Any advice?

Sorry but thats it. Call your doctor and talk to him or her about it, if its that bad he may perscribe you something that is safe, just depends on your doctor.

you might want to ask your obgyn about that since they could prescribe you something safe.

Tylenol PM
Benadryl 25 or 50 mg
Unisom 25 Mg

I take Unisom at night and I’m 15 weeks. I had severe morning sickness and no medicines were working so my nurse suggested taking one unisom at night with a b6 vitamin and it’s supposed to reduce morning sickness. It reduced it a little and helped me sleep so I still take it. If you get morning sickness maybe you can knock out two birds with one stone:) congrats and good luck :) !!!

I would talk to your OB. You never know what you’re messing with with drugs while pregnant,so unless the OB says to take it,I wouldn’t.

I usually take herbal sleep aid before sleeping
it help me to wake up feeling great
