Patience is the key mate =P
Discipline yourself to forget foods you cannot have. Learn to enjoy the taste of simple foods. Eat slowly so that the taste of food lingers longer in your mouth and in your memory.
Don’t expect results too soon. If your weight remains constant for a week or two or if you even gain a pound, recognize that variations may be caused by temporary changes in the body’s water balance. It is long-range results that count.
Hope this helps! =3

You need to eat more then 1200 calories if you are exercising for 90-180 minutes a day. You need to have an overall calorie intake of 1000 calories a day (food minus exercise), which you should track on a site like Myplate http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/
If you want to tone up (ie gain muscle as well as losing body fat) you should make sure you exercise includes some weight lifting. A lot of women think lifting anything heavier then their purse will make them look huge, but women are not able to put on muscle like men, and unless you start taking hormones and eating half a cow a day you aren’t going to end up big and bulky. Weight lifting should be done 3 days a week.
I highly recommend reading Brain over Brawn as it contains a lot of useful information about dieting, weight lose, and exercise, without telling you to go about and spend stupid amounts of cash. It’s particulary useful if you are looking for cheap alternatives to gym memberships.
You should aim to lose around 2lbs a week at the most, losing more can be unhealthy.
It’ll take a while.
I did that and it took around 5 months for weight loss to show.
and another 5 months for it to stabilize.
Now i’m battling amenorrhea and waiting for another 5 months.
Darn.
