OKAY so a lot if nights I have a little trouble falling asleep, and I saw the new SLEEP MD pills and I wanted to buy them …. because they say that you start feeling sleepy in minutes… Is this true? do they actually make you fall asleep?
And about how long does it last?
How long ado they make you sleep?

I’d recommend trying the “Nytol” or generic equivalent before asking about heavier over the counter medicines. Nytol is Dyphenhydramine, the same ingredient in Benadryl antihistamine tablets. It will typically make you slightly woozy and then drowsy within 20 minutes of ingestion and helps keep you out through the night. Other higher potency medications carry the risk of dependency, the only side effect of Nytol ive notices is a slight drying of the sinuses.

I have not taken sleep MD pills but I have taken unisom and the sleeping pills from walmart and both only take an hour to kick in and then I sleep all night. You can always try that.
Don’t waste your money on AMbien or other prescribed medications. They are way to expensive! Try generic Benadryl…It will have you sleeping in no time. It’s cheap and it works!
