if sleep aids affect you oppositely,then use the sleeping pills to stay awake.
Take the pill to get the desired effect.
And see a doctor!

Um, don’t know where you got your info but the only sleep aid that caused any problem was triptophan which has been banned in the US. I take an SSRI and occassionally take Tylenol PM and allergy meds (which is considered a side effect).
