Question by Ryan: should i take fat burners since my metabolism is slow?
i’ve been trying to lose weight for the past couple of months but I notice that nothing is happening. been working out for more than 5 years now… and looks like i keep getting bigger. now i’m thinking of taking fat burners to increase my metabolism. besides hydroxicut? what do you guys recommend i take?

You need to lower your calorie intake. You don’t say what kind of working out you are doing, but you should start running/jogging/walking and you will lose weight. Run (or jog) every day for at least 2 miles.

Get your thyroid profile checked and if that needs to be adjusted, get that done. If the fat burner increases your resting heart rate, it could be a problem. If it hastens the food through the GI tract, it may help you better because less absorption means less calories. I think it is better to do it under medical supervision.
Homeopathy has a few medicines which supposedly burn the fat. Check with a homeopath if needed.
