Question by stargazer673: I wouldn’t hurt myself if I took 2 25mg unisom sleeping aids instead of just 1 would I?
I have tried working with just 1 25mg pill and I get no results. So I am thinking about trying 2 pills instead. You don’t think it will hurt me do you?

no- all that unisom is is diphenhydramine (benadryl), so 50mg (2, 25mg tabs) is a perfectly acceptable dose. you shouldn’t take more than 100mg in one dose (4 tabs).
