I took four Benadryl and four Mid Nite sleeping aids all at once in a desperate attempt to sleep through my depression. Is that lethal or dangerous? What can happen? I’d like to know ASAP if there’s any immediate or lasting damages that will be done. I felt dizzy, shaky, cold, everything hurt more, and my motorskills were pretty much destroyed.

Your lungs work because muscles power them. When you take pills that depress your muscle strength and stamina, you can stop breathing. Thats never good. You cant go to the kitchen for some coffee to wake back up after you stop breathing.
