Well best advice i can give you is STOP taking the meds!!!!

well duh, most others aren’t dumb enough to take that combo. ephedrine and valium are antagonists, you are lucky you are just vomiting, that combo has been known to KILL.
wasn’t ephedrine banned? Shouldn’t that be clue number one that you shouldn’t be taking it? Diet pills are not good for you, they mess with your glucose levels and give you excess caffiene. I understand that you want to lose weight, but maybe you should be eating healthier and working out. Diet pills are useless and harmful.
Taking diazapam with ephedrine is a good way to reach lethal levels of toxicity. Stop immediately.
