Question by Chris: I am thinking of switching to Perception sleep aids what do you think?
I sleep near a loud motor every night, but the diphenhydramine isn’t working as well as it used to. what are your thoughts on switching to a stronger medicine? I don’t want to become some kind of pill junkie!

Over the counter sleep aids are very addictive. That’s why you need more and more.
See your doctor and get the very safe Ambien CR., Rozerem or Lunesta.
