woahhh 540 caloriess is veryy unhealthy and risky!!!..u should eat about 1000-1300 calories a day to lose weight. and u can eat fiber food which makes u stay full for longer time
well i would say is to get your mind off of food! like maybe um…. listening to music or like drawing or
some other things! or what i do is i drink water. when i drink water my hunger goes away!
Hey babe
I recently lost 10kg in three weeks (went from 60kg to 50kg so I don’t think I was huge to begin with) but my tid bits of advice:
Celery – negative calories (seriously – it takes more energy to eat it then what is in the actual food!)
Herbal tea – green tea helps speed your metabolism
Water – honestly, half the time you feel hungry you are actually just starting to dehydrate
Running – I’m not talking marathons, all I do is a 1km run each week morning which takes about 15minutes, and once you’re at your goal weight just think how hot your legs will be with a little bit of muscle tone as well as being skinny!
And I stay away from bread – bloat is not hot, and it makes your skin quite ‘dull’.
Things that I eat are:
Fruit – berries, apples, oranges, feijoas, grapefruit – the more juicy they are the less ‘food’ in them (so less fat, etc)
Veggies – salads, broccoli, beans, carrots, peas – any are good but I stay away from potatoes
Meat – chicken (NO skin, go for the breast), fish (lots of GOOD fatty oils for your hair, nails and skin)
and if you want red meat I’d go for a little eye fillet steak
What I will tell you on the ‘eat more’ side of things – they are right when they say eat small meals more frequently (rather than a couple of big meals) as you’re body can process it and break it down easier and quickly so, in turn, it’s not going to stack on your booty! So for you, just keep snacking on your celery
Good luck and remember a treat once a week if you’ve been a good girl never hurt! (My Sunday arvo treat is sharing a bowl of hot chippies with a coffee with my girls, or now that summer is approaching here a yummy sorbet could be on the cards!)
