Question by Steph: How to get to sleep when nervous/tense without sleeping pills?
I’d really like to know this right now. I was hoping to get a good sleep last night but woke up in the middle and then early morning. I’m tires but can’t sleep. What should I do?

think about breathing in and out. Like literally think “breath in and out” over and over.
1. If you have a massager that can massage your scalp you will automatically feel sleepy.
2. If you listen to a boring music you will sleep right away
Try holistic homeopathic tablets, they contain NO chemicals and are completely natural. Or you can try: stop watching tv and computer 1 hr before bed, instead have a warm bath candle lit with chamomile tea and read after your bath.
