Question by Mumzie69: How many sleep aid pills can I take?
so i take Nature made natral sleep aids sometimes when I cant sleep.
it has 200mg of L-theanine, and 2.5 mg of melatonin, and then it has chamamile flower extract 17mg, passion flower extract 17mg, lemon balm extract16mg..
I was wondering if it would be ok to take 2 of the pills? it says to take one at bedtime, but Ive been told you can take up to 5 mg of melatonin so I was just wondering about the others??
