If you do commit suicide, you’d better have a damn good reason.

more then a bottle normally… any drug you OD on will be very painful… I’m sure not ALL of them are just most… and you never know until its too late… I’ve OD’d on asprin and found out the hard way i was actually allergic to it… and it reallllly sucked, didnt think it would affect me like that since it was a pain killer but i was wrong >_<

The ones they prescribe these days aren’t lethal usually. To seriously commit suicide you need strong barbituates that no Dr. will prescribe and you also must be obliterated on very heavy amounts of alcohol before you take them. And even then, you might wake up from a coma, with bloody bed sores down to the bone on the side you went into a coma on, rhabdomyolysis, kidney failure, severe depression/anxiety, weakness to the point of not being able to move, vomiting, ICU stay of 10 – 30 days and scarring from bedsores that will disfigure you for a lifetime. Organ damage leaving you with a lifetime of disability and worse depression is also very likely.
Most of the people that die from suicide die are from hanging or gunshots, the pill takers usually live, unless they can get a LOT of different types of drugs like Heath Ledger had.

I’m afraid I’m going to tell you it’s not worth it. As a sixteen year old, you may or may not be aware of the rate of suicide among people of your age group for all sorts of reasons. Lets say people give you excellent answers to you question, could it not be equated to writing a blog or having a website showing young people how to commit suicide. Wake up girl. Stop asking ridiculous questions. Many people are working to understand and intervene in hunderds of thousands of cases of suicide. Many other people read this stuff. It’s not all about you. If you want to know some more about suicide awareness and prevention I suggest you read through the following link. I think that might be much more productive. Stay well. Life is already short and only comes around once.
