Sweating will result in weight loss in that you are losing water.
However, exercise, which causes sweating, causes weight loss.
you do not sweat body fat just water along with sodium. you lose bodyfat by burning more energy than you consume. one pound of fat is about 3000 calories. so you have to burn about 500 calories a day to do this. Also recomend streng treining exercises like pushups, crunches, squats, deadlifts etc. also keep your diet as clean as possible. basically eat like a cave man would eat. that means stuff like fish, nuts, beans, fruits, vegetables etc. stay sway of processed foods and do not starve yourself.
