Question by Nik: How do i regulate my sleepin pattern without takin sleeping aids?
Right now my sleeping pattern is completely backwards. i sleep during the day from about 6am to 4pm and i have class right in the middle of that but i can’t seem to fall asleep at a normal time. I’ve always had a hard time going to bed at a normak time and tried takin sleepin aids but i get relient on them. Any suggestions?

Melatonin or L – Tryptophan might help

Start moving your bed time up one hour every 3-4 days.
Read up on sleeping tips…comfy bed ..regular schedule..limit caffeine..no TV’s or spicy foods or exercise 4 hours before bedtime ..etc..
Try something relaxing like yoga or meditation.These are very efficient ways to induce quality sleep patterns without meds .
