I really need to, but I want like easy-type of diets. Not those hard-core ones with rules and stuff.

One work DETOX you can drink water and only eat plain non fat yogurt for a week and its gona help you drop pounds easy but its not gona be pirminent just so you know so befor i need to go somewere thats wat i do it works and easy with no rules just how you want

Lol, Wouldnt it be great to loose alot of weight without exercising and rules?…
Why do these questions always come up. Drink nothing but water, and eat small meals every 2-3 hours. Try walking home from school or work or something for a week. Yull be amazed at the differnce you see and feel.

the 4basic rules are
eat when you are hungry
eat what you want
eat consciously
stop when you think you are full
there is also a technique called the craving buster which can teach you how not to pig out
and there is technique for being motivated and positive.
all extremely easy.
concerning exercise. all movement burns calories and i think instructions for being more motivated will get you moving more whether it’s formal exercise or not.
i’ve probably recommended the site more than 20 times since seeing the show because i think it is the easiest way to lose weight(not the fastest) and to keep it off long term.
