just stop . dun dun dun .
See your doctor. They can help you in a safer way than anyone on a website can.
dont buy them…. there is no excuse for lack of self control… if i didnt have self control… Id be jacking off ever 5 minutes…. unfortunately my coworkers would propably not appreciate …
You will need to just stop. While detoxing, plan to work out earlier in the day for an hour or so, then drink some warm milk and maybe take a warm shower just before bedtime. That should help make you sleepy.
Sadly there’s no magic answer. Addiction sucks. A lot of people spend a lot of time trying to detach themselves from a billion different things that make you happy without really being happy.
Best advice? Find someone to talk to in real life.
i would try to find a drug rehab they are good to help you but some one told me there not addicting but i don’t really know you could try drinking chamomile it relaxes you and don’t drink any caffeine at night .
Reduce your dose gradually, if you are taking four, drop each week by one. However while you are doing that you need to get under the skin of your sleep problem. Think about what you eat before sleep, what you do before sleep and if the environment is suitable for you to sleep. Just dropping the pills will be hard on you and when you are off them, if you can’t sleep again you will face the temptation to take them again without a good plan to cope.
