Question by : How can I go to sleep quickly(No drugs/pills please!)?
I have school starting in less than a week and I need to find a way to get to sleep quickly. Usually, I stay up til midnight during the summer and I seriously want to correct that, but I just can’t seem to sleep until at least 11. Is there anything I can use(No pills or drugs please) to get to sleep quickly? Thnx and home remedies are okay, I’m not allergic to anything.

concentrate on your toes, relax them. move up to your ankles, relax them. move on up your legs and through your abdoman, feeling each and every muscle and relaxing them. follow that all the way to your head, relaxing muslces as you go. relax your mouth, your cheek bone muscles, now your eyes, your ears, and now your scalp.
I used to to this with my kids and before I got to thier knees they were usually asleep.
Ahaha, I had the same problem. In the summer, I would go to bed at three in the morning and wake up around noon. When school started, I’m having to wake up at five in the morning. What I did was slowly get my sleeping schedule back by using the early wake up method.
Go to sleep whenever you feel tired (which would be around midnight, according to you), then set an alarm for eight AM. Now, in the morning, when your alarm goes off, get up. Stay up for the entire day. You should get tired around eleven or something.
Repeat. Set your alarm to seven AM. Wake up at that time and stay up.
Gradually, because you got up early and stayed up, you’ll get tired at nine or ten. And voilĂ , your sleeping schedule is fixed!
Make sure you get at least seven hours of sleep, though, or you’ll be threatened to take a nap throughout the day.
To be honest, two days before school started, I went to bed at one and made myself get up at six. I was extremely tired the entire day, and fell asleep quickly at nine. C;
Well, I don’t know if it’ll work with you, but it does with me and my family:
Heat up some milk, and add a little sugar, a teaspoon or two of honey, and a cap-full of whiskey. It might help, but if it doesn’t, try this website below:
Warm Drinks help alot some warm milk usually does the job though. Do it right before you go to bed though and don’t chug it down because it will make you super nauseous. Another thing is calm music in your ears. Hope that helps.
