Question by Amie Mackie: How can I get to sleep earlier on a night other than taking sleeping pills?
Im looking at 4am every night I’ve tried earlier nights and staying off the computer, I just cant and i’m waking up at 12pm and its not good that’s half the day over :( Please help me.

Wake up at 8:00 or 9:00 you should be tired by 10:00 or 11:00

why wake up early when sleep is so amazing? try finding a job with a night shift. just accept your sleep schedule and use it to your advantage. not a lot of people are looking for night jobs.

You could try setting the alarm at an early time such as 7 or 8 o’clock. This will make you very tired with only 4 hours sleep so you will get tired earlier :)
Or, don’t eat sugary foods because they will keep you up for ages.
Try having milk if you are having bad problems.
I hope this helps! The best thing to do though would be to see a local doctor or something and ask about non-medicated ideas if that is what you are looking for. Good Luck!
