see, i don’t have much time to exercise because i have a demanding work schedule. i’d like to know what fat burning tablets or pills available in the market that will help eliminate fat and help loose some excess weight. gnc products perhaps?

I purchased that stuff and trust me its all a gimmick and a waste of money , In fact it’s not even FDA approved

Pretty much anything from GNC is going to be a rip off. And as the other guy on here pointed out its not FDA approved… but no dietary supplements in the U.S. are. Actually – thanks to Orrin Hatch – dietary supplements don’t need FDA approval, it’s the FDA’s responsibility to prove that a supplement is bad for you.
That being said, any “pill” that’s going to help you lose weight is probably going to be a stimulant, so skip it.
Two things: If you have a busy schedule then 1) wake up 30 minutes earlier and go for a jog before your morning routine, and 2) cut out the junk food (soda, chips, cookies, candy and limit bread).
