Proteins are good. Stay away from refined sugars and large percentages of trans fats. Carbs that are whole grain foods are good also. Check with a personal trainer at a gym or YMCA they can advise you.

First and foremost, it is all about the diet. Arnold was said that 90% of your physique is diet.

If you want to lose body fat, I would recommended eating 5-6 small meals per day. You should eat a portion (size of fist) of protein and a carbohydrate at every meal with a veggie for lunch and dinner.

Eating more often helps your body run more efficiently. It is like a coal burning stove. If the stove is running and you let it run out with feeding it, it will take longer to burn its fuel efficiently. If you are always stoking the fire, it will continue to burn red hot. Similarly, always feeding your body (the right foods) will speed up the metabolism.

Protein: cottage cheese, eggs/egg whites, beef, poultry, protein powder

Carbs: fruit (always good), brown rice (not the instant), whole wheat bread, whole wheat spaghetti
